The Mount Sinai Expert Guides provide quick access, point-of-care, specialist clinical information on all relevant diseases in each therapeutic area for the busy physician, with strong emphasis on treatment algorithms, text boxes and short, to the point bulleted text to summarize all aspects of each disease.
Each title is edited by a renowned specialist from Mount Sinai, who will be responsible for recruiting key faculty members to author the chapters. The books are to be mainly disease-focused, with the different diseases/conditions in that therapeutic area to make up the bulk of each book’s TOC. A chapter template has been developed which each author in every book will be asked to stick to, so as to ensure consistency across both the chapters in each book and also from book to book in the series.
